Exercise Classes

The following classes are suitable for adults with different physical abilities and medical conditions, although you don’t have to have a medical condition to attend! 
All classes are designed to improve and maintain your

Friday

Core Stability/strength class
TIME:     9 am - 10 am
VENUE: Fraser Hall, Retail trust Estate, Newton Mearns
This class is suitable for those who have chronic back pain, weak core and poor posture. Also suitable for postnatal ladies.

Keepfit circuit class
TIME: 10.15 - 11.15
VENUE: Fraser Hall, Retail Trust Estate, Newton Mearns
This class is a  circuit style including CV and muscular endurance at every station.  All participants are encouraged to work at their own pace. Exercises will be tailored to individual needs. 

Balance & Strength Class

TIME:    11.30 - 12.30
VENUE: Fraser Hall, Retail trust Estate, Newton Mearns
This class is suitable for those who are mobile with or without an aid. Ideal for people who need to improve their strength, balance and bone health. Also suitable for individuals with breathing difficulties.
