Helen leads very informative and well structured exercise classes for a variety of health issues and also 1-1 sessions. They are very helpful, beneficial and have an element of fun though not distacting the concentration on performing the exercises.

When I started going to Helen's classes in the Fraser Hall I was walking with the aid of 2 sticks due to having chronic back pain. In a few weeks I was down to one stick. Now some days I can do without a stick. All thanks to Helen. She is very caring and nothing is too much trouble. Any problem with aches and pains and she will show you exercises to help. Her classes are fun and it is like exercising with a group of friends. I look forward to going to class Tuesday and Friday mornings.

Helen Harrison has provided exercise classes for the health and well being of our staff at Westacres and Burnfield Care Homes. These sessions have been extremely beneficial for those with chronic back pain and indeed to all who participated.

I first met Helen through a neighbour who attended her classes at Clarkston Halls. At the time I was in a lot of pain in my lumber spine and also the thoracic area across my shoulder blades. I had four one to one sessions with her and she also gave me a full exercise programme to use in the local gym where I am a member. I now go to her Friday class at Fraser hall which I love. Helen is extremely knowledgeable about exercising safely and in the correct manner. She is totally dedicated and works so hard to get the best out of you and improve your own particular condition. Even in her classes its almost a one to one experience as she takes so much individual time with each person. She has made such a difference to my pain. I feel I have my own individual exercise plan from her. Ten out of ten for Helen I would say and very much someone to approach for excellent advice if you have pain or stiffness.
